Returns
Personalized items (engraved names, custom photos, birthstones) are made uniquely for you and can't be restocked, so they're not eligible for return or exchange. But you're fully protected by our guarantee below.
Non-personalized items can be returned within 30 days of delivery in unworn, original condition. Contact us at hello@nomeliajewellery.com to start a return.
Our 24-Month Guarantee
If your piece arrives defective, or the personalization differs from what you ordered, we'll repair or replace it free of charge — within 24 months of purchase. Just email us a photo and your order number.
